Jelly Magazine
The past few weeks have been a combination of busy and lazy XD.
Work has been o.k., but busy I guess. I only work 4 more days before the trip, and I'm more counting down my work days rather than the actual remaining days, lol.

On Friday last week, 12/5/09, it snowed~ (I live in South Texas, so it's a pretty big deal for everyone)
Of course, I had to work Friday....I missed all the fun part of the snow because by the time I got off work, the front had already blown through and it was gone ; ;
But I did take my camera to work~

The ground wasn't cold enough in town for it to stick, but in the surrounding counties they got a few inches.

The only picture of me in the snow, and it's about the ugliest picture in the world of me, lol XD
NO make-up, my hair is pulled back and I was working my ASS OFF that day ;__;
I only had a few minutes to leave my unit and go outside for a quick pic.

Here's a random pic from the middle of last week (only took a pic because I culred my hair, haha)

For some reason as I get closer and closer to my Japan trip, I feel less enthused to by a lot of clothes there.
I'm going to buy some clothes, but not as much as I had originally been obsessing over.
Lately I've really liked a lot of clothes from Abercrombie (this brand fits me sooo good, and I was never really an Abercrombie fan growing up) Victoria's Secret lounge wear, and Nike sports wear.

One thing I definately want to find along the way during my trip is this super cute LV snow coin purse with chain and pendant~

It's not available online, so I hope I can find it in stores either in Houston or Tokyo~
I bought my first LV purse in May and I've been loving it ^^ so I really want this cute coin purse to go along with it.

I have some goals for New Years and 2010 that I hope to stick by:
-Save more money than this year
-Work on buying a house (a goal my husband I want by around Oct. 2009)
-Pick up a productive hobby
-Work on trying to get some experience in Cath Lab, even if it means working full time on my unit and then PRN in cath lab working up to 3 weekends per month (GGAH I will totally hate working 3 weekend a month if that occurs ; ;)
-Continue to stay fit and healthy and work on increasing the time in can sprint/run at the gym, and try some athletic events

Well, that's all I can type for now!
Till next time~~~~

Hey everyone ^-^
I can't believe it's been almost 2 weeks since I last posted @.@
Time to catch up, like always XD

Nothing super important to update about...I've been the same as always, lol.

I got Phantasy Star Zero for the DS today and I'm already level 10! Woo~~
I loved Phantasy Star online Episode 1 and @ several years ago, so it is nice to play the series again.
If anyone has the game and wants to pair up as friends, let me know!~

Here are just some random pics I took out of boredom...maily for the eyeshadow styles (was trying a variety of colors, although they look practically the same in the pictures.

Jelly Magazine
Hey everyone~
I'm soo sad about this at the moment ; ; (why is it sooo hard to order shoes online? >.<)
I just got these shoes from Gilfy in the mail today...only to find out that a size L is way too big for me >.<
Normally when I order size M they are sometimes too small, but I guess with these being flats, a M would have suited me better.

I tried to ask Mai if there was anyway she could do a return if I sent them back, but unfortunately there is not ; ;
I'm posting this entry on my personal blog as I don't know what other communities to post it in XD
So spread the word to your friends that like Gilfy to see if they might be interested in these, or if on your next journal entry you could post a link to my sale post that would be awesome ^^

On to the info:
Glitter high-top sneakers with removable buckle/strap (SOLD OUT on Gilfy webstore)
Size: L (appx 7.5 - 8 US) 24.5 cm. For reference I wear size 6.5 in US and these are about 1" too big for me ; ;
Price: $140 (had to pay mark-up and shipping, so this is atually a discount from what I payed ; ;)

I will be more than happy to accept a payment method if preferred. Payments via paypal only please :)
Shipping: Free in the USA, based on location for other countries.
Pictures:
If you would like to see a pic of these on, let me know, or there is also a few cute pics on the gilfy webstore page^^

More pics under the cut )Another thing that could be potentially crappy......
I ordered these boots in a size L too before I knew how these sneakers would be!!!!!
Gah!~~~~

If anyone is interested in them I will have to sell them as well if they end up being too big.
But I'm hoping they will be ok snce they are a heel-style.

Thanks for looking everyone^^

Going to Japan!!

Sorry for the lack of posts these past few weeks ^^;
Work has been busy, I work out at the gym on the days I'm off, and I had caught a cold last week, so I hardly spent time online being social.
I'm feeling a lot better now thank goodness. I recovered quite quickly from whatever I had gotten sick with this time. Although I got put on antibiotics again (was last month) I also ate a high-protein diet by eating protein bars and having poteins shakes and I feel that it really helped. For my body weight the normal protein intake I should consume is 40 grams,  and when I was sick I was eating about 60 grams.

Before working out I was maybe only consuming 25 grams of protein per day and I feel that the supplemental protein has been doing me good (so far, LOL). I have defined muscles in my arms and thighs now and I'm getting closer and closer to having a flat and toned abdomen like I used to have in high-school! It's still going to take a while to get completely there, but it feels great^^

The big news is: We got out tickets to Japan!!! Yes!!
We will be in Tokyo for a week~ We leave December 18th!!

OMG I'm sooo excited! It's been my dream for a looong time to go to Japan^^
Also, we booked hotel reservations here (Located in Akasaka district):
http://www.newotani.co.jp/en/tokyo/stay/tower/index.html
Hotel New Otani in Tokyo!! We are staying at the Garden Tower. It's sooo pretty!!
We also got a little bit of a discount via the way we registered.
There's a super pretty Japanese Garden on the outside, many restaurants, a 7-11, and museum at the hotel. So much @.@

My husband was being suuuper picky about where we were going to stay >.< I was all down for staying at a Ryokan-style, but him not so much. I was frustrated and so I then basically told him to pick any hotel in Tokyo and this is the one he picked.
I'm really sad that we won't be in the same place as our friends, but this place is really close to everything we want to do~
Plus I also figured this would be a good chance for my husband and I to have the honeymoon that we never had when we got married in 2005. So it's waaay over-due XD LOL

Man oh man, I have a huuge list of things I want to do. Don't know if we will be able to go all of them, but we can at least try :3
-Take a loooot of pictures!
-Shop at Shibuya 109!!
-Party at club ATOM!!!! Milli I'm looking at you~~~ *wink wink*~~~~
-Visit a hot-springs
-Visit the Square-Enix store
-Visit a Louis Vuitton store
-Visit historic shrines/temples
-Shop at a 100 yen store
-Eat Takoyaki
-Eat at a themed restaurant (Like Princess heart, a maid cafe, etc)
-Visit the Ghibli museum
-Karaoke
-Go to Akihabara
-Plus more and more and more! XD

Anyway, I've been busy printing maps and subway exits of the places we want to go so hopefully it will make traveling a lot easier.
Any one have any tips on traveling around in Tokyo or things I should definately check out?

I definately want to meet up with some of you ladies that live in Tokyo when I visit!
Anyone who's interested let me know~~ Just send me a private message here on LJ

I'm super nervous and excited at the same time XD
I've also been having dreams about being in Japan and shopping a lot~ LOL

Ok, here's some random pics now of the past 2 days that I have been off....

Monday. LOL I'm not lazy-eyed, just looks like it haha.

The rest of the pics are from today~

2 more under the cut~ )
Well, that's about all for tonight~
I have to get ready for bed soon and work the next 2 days.
So happy to be off for the weekend after Thursday~
Everyone take care^^

Bunnies~!

Yesterday we went to a friend's co-workers house for our friend's B-day party.
We had a fun time singing karaoke, eating, and playing games, etc. But the cuuuutest thing was the bunnies!!

They had a white one (don't have a good picture of him  ; ;, his name was Max) and a brown one.
The brown was just brought there yesterday from the breeders and she was sooo adorable and tiny! I think they said her breed is a Lionshead rabbit, if I remember correctly. So because of that they named her Nala (from the Lion King :3)

Nala is so cute, but she was a little shy (since it was here fist day at her new home) But she likes to snuggle it seems^^
.....LOL I look damn fat in this pic beacuse my top is baby-doll style...

Whenever we decide to buy a house I'm building a rabbit home in the back yard so I can have some cute bunnies!!

Also I am now officially ACLS certified~~

I was taking the course this weekend and took my exam earlier this morning.

Well, that's all for now!

Make up pics pt 1

So unexpected I got off of work early today, so I'm making a short post!

Last night I decided to try out a new pair of false lashes~
The are really nice and natural, yet they look quite long on the outer corners, I like them a lot^^
I just still have a hard time putting them on because I hardly ever wear false lashes ; ;

I have big eyes to begin with so I like lashes that are more shapely and give definition.
